With our "Empowerment and Growth Initiative" under Breaking the Silence in Education, we are dedicated to helping young people reach their full potential. Our goal is to provide youth tutoring starting as young as 6 years of age as well as mentorship, tutoring, life skills, and career exploration services for ages 14-24 to ensure that students can succeed in today’s world.
We provide guidance and support to help young people make the best decisions for their future. Through our programs, we offer youth the opportunity to improve their grades and test scores, become self-sufficient in adulthood, and explore career options. We are passionate about helping our youth reach their goals and become successful.

Tutoring
We offer tutoring services for children ages 6-18, from elementary to high school. Our tutors specialize in math and reading tutoring, and can help improve test scores and grades. Our tutoring services are tailored specifically to each student's individual needs, so that they can reach their fullest potential.
Mentoring
Our mentoring service provides guidance to school aged students, helping them focus and develop their leadership skills. We provide decision making guidance to help them navigate the complexities of school and life. Our mentors are committed to helping each student reach their highest potential.
Career Readiness
Career Readiness offers a comprehensive suite of services to help young people ages 14-24 explore and develop their career potential. Our programs provide students with the tools and information they need to explore their interests, gain job readiness skills, and find the career that is the best fit for them. We provide one-on-one and group mentoring, hands-on job shadowing experiences, career exploration workshops, and more.
Life Skills
Life Skills Training provides a comprehensive program designed to equip school age children with the tools needed to become more self-sufficient. Our services focus on helping children to develop the skills needed for success in the future, such as problem solving, communication, and decision making. Through interactive activities and group exercises, our team of qualified professionals will guide your child in developing the life skills they need to thrive.

Apostle Brenda Pagan has been in the education field for over 50 years. After obtaining her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education with a Minor in Psychology, as well as her Masters in Education. Brenda knew and understood early in her career that her passion was to help those in need. With her Childhood Credentials 1 and 2, Brenda began her career in the early childhood development field educating and preparing her students for elementary school through her daycare Ms. Brenda’s Childcare.
She was always known for her soft mannerism, empathetic tone, and loving personality which allowed her to actively engage with her students utilizing traditional learning techniques as well as the inclusiveness of creative arts for effective learning. Her desire to start A Break of Silence in Education came from her desire to do more in her community to help children excel in the world of academics.
